Mystery Plant 2 is maybe a type of lavender? No clue. Any help?



Then there is the hydrangea. I know this plant, because it had blossoms last summer. What I don't know is how to properly take care of this. Any help?


Mystery Plant 3 has no blossoms as of yet. Maybe it's a ground cover? Maybe it's a weed?


Mystery Plant 4 is some kind of flowering ground cover plant. It has small white flowers. There were way more last summer. Maybe the cold spring is to blame?

Mystery Plant 5 has the same description as #3. It kind of looks the same at first glance, but is different when I look closer.


I know that Mystery Plant 6 is not a weed. What I don't know is what plant it is. Or if it had flowers last summer. Or anything else about it.

We now move to the area of the yard that I refer to as "The Jungle". I know what all the plants there are. For some reason, this area of the yard is really conducive to plant growth.

First up is the Bleeding Heart Bush. Which is more bush than bleeding heart. Some of the blossoms have fallen off already, but this seems way more bushy than I remember my mother's looking like when I was growing up. How do I properly care for this?

Then there are my flower-less day lilies. No flower stalks. Just massive amounts of leaves. Big, giant leaves.



I leave you with a peony blossom. Not all my yard looks like no one has lived here for years.
