What a difference!

Wow was I lucky with my pregnancy! I had no morning sickness - none at all - and the only time I even felt nauseous was when my husband was cooking chicken (I had a massive aversion to chicken). But I didn't throw up until well after The Boy was born, when he came home from school with his first stomach bug.

I'm so glad you're doing better - and that you'll be able to keep food (and liquids) down this time around!

I'm glad I'm doing better, too! First trimester fatigue makes it hard enough to keep up with a toddler. I didn't want to add malnutrition to the mix! So I'm glad I get medication that works before I get that bad.
[this is good]
I'm just oblivious! I totally missed your initial pregnancy announcement. Congratulations! I'm so excited for you. :)

It's good to hear your meds are working well and readily available. Does the sickness last the entire pregnancy for you? I'm nauseated most of the first trimester, but I rarely throw up (however, when I do it's usually a big mess, because I keep assuming right up until the point that I'm not going to throw up). The thing that kills me is the fatigue. That's a train wreck for me. I was never one of those people who could hide her pregnancy until after the first trimester, because I always feel so awful. People just look at me and start asking what's wrong. There's no hiding that something's going on.
Thank you!

With my last pregnancy, I was throwing all the time until about 18 weeks or so. It slowed down but was still a problem until almost the 3rd trimester. In the 3rd trimester, as long as I ate frequently enough, I wouldn't throw up.

The fatigue is awful! I'm having to nap when my son naps. I don't know what I'll do if my oldest isn't napping anymore when we go for a 3rd.
